The Sunflower package is for those couples who are enjoying the planning process but just want to make sure that the wedding weekend goes as smoothly as possible. Here you will take care of the planning and contacting while I will ensure your vision and dream become a reality.

This package includes:

•   Wedding Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
•   Ensuring all participants understand their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony
•   Coordinating the processional and recessional order
•   Ensuring all decorations like centerpieces, places cards, and all other decorating expectations are met.
•   Working directly with the clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other participants in coordinating ready and start times
•   Greeting vendors and overseeing the set-up of ceremony and reception sites
•   Assisting the ushers with seating plans and handing out programs
•   Directing late arriving guests to appropriate seating
•   Directing ceremony cues
•   Coordinating reception activities with D.J., M.C., or band
•   Finally, overseeing all details before and during the ceremony and reception
