
The Rose package is for those couples who would like assistance every step of the way.
This package includes:
• Arrange appointments with vendors
• Meeting for the first consultations to help clarify the vision, goals, and priorities important to you and go over all your wedding dreams and details.
• Attend vendor meetings as needed
• Help you create and stay within a set budget
• Give examples of recommended vendors, locations, and pricing options
• Coordinate selection of ceremony and reception sites
• Provide you with a time line of tasks, schedules and checklists
• Help with theme and design
• Assisting with rental items as needed
• Help with invitations, favor and gift selections
• All vendor confirmations and all final details one week before the wedding confirming timings and locations
• Assist with guest accommodations
• Making sure wedding items arrive at the ceremony and reception sites per instructions
• Distributing final payments/gratuity to vendors as needed
• Provide a detailed wedding day itinerary for all wedding participants and vendors
• Wedding Coordination of rehearsal, ceremony and reception
• Ensuring all participants understand their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony
• Coordinating the processional and recessional order
• Working directly with the clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other participants in coordinating ready and start times
• Greeting vendors and overseeing the set-up of ceremony and reception sites
• Assisting the ushers with seating plans and handing out programs
• Directing late arriving guests to appropriate seating
• Directing ceremony cues
• Coordinating reception activities with D.J., M.C., or band
• Finally, overseeing all details before and during the ceremony and reception
• Finally, I will be available to consult, answer any questions and provide advice at any time prior to your wedding!
